Moran joined Gemini in 2016 as an internal legal counsel and is responsible for all legal aspects of the fund and its investments. 

Prior to Gemini, Moran worked as an associate in the commercial department of a leading law firm, where she gained experience in providing ongoing legal services to a variety of companies, entrepreneurs, private investors and start-up companies in relation to all matters pertaining to corporate and commercial law.

Moran is a member of Israel Bar Association since 2010.

Moran holds a LL.B (specializing in International Business Law) and B.A in Business Administration, both from the Interdisciplinary Center.
